Returns & Exchanges Policy

Check our Frequently Asked Questions page first if you are having problems with your cartridge not working correctly. Most problems can usually be easily solved within a few minutes.

If the help tips don't work and you need to return an item(s), please follow the return instructions below. Make sure you include all information required, otherwise you may experience delays in the return process.


  1. First, request a Return Merchandize Authorization Number (RMA#). After submitting your request, please wait for your RMA# to be emailed to you before proceeding to step #2.
  2. Second, print and complete a copy of our Merchandise Return Form to include with your return package. If you're not able to print a form, please include a letter that includes all of the following:
    1. The RMA# we issued you (once you receive it by email)
    2. Your name
    3. Address
    4. Email address
    5. Phone number
    6. The specific problem
    7. Whether you are requesting a replacement or refund.
  3. Return the products with the original shipping clips and boxes (if still available). Place into 'Zip-lock' type bag if needed.

    Address your package with your RMA#, include your return form, the product(s) in question, and send it to the mailing address we provided in our RMA# response email.

    You are responsible for return shipping costs to return items to us. For replacements, we will pay for shipping costs to send them back to you. For refunds, we will reimburse product purchase price plus original s/h costs. This is fair and keeps everybody honest.

    If you order multiple items, please only return the items in question. Returned items are reviewed and a 15% restocking fee may be charged for non-defective or incorrectly ordered items.


  • Before a refund or replacement(s) can be issued, products in question must be returned to ASAP Inkjets.
  • Items must be returned within 90 days of when order was received by customer.
  • If no RMA # is included, no refund or replacement will be issued.
  • Cartridges more than 30% used will not be eligible for a refund or re-shipment.
  • If you do not state whether you desire a refund or a replacement, a standard replacement will be issued.

Once again, you must obtain an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) to include in your return. If you do not request an RMA# before you send your return, the time involved in processing your return will be greatly increased.

Once ASAP Inkjets has received your package, we will start processing your return. Refunds issued are credited by the same method payment was originally made.
